During 2008 we completed our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with FedEx as well as other providers such as DHL and the APC network.

Courier Navigator now books and produces the paperwork for these suppliers eradicating the requirement to double book these jobs onto their implant or online systems.

The advantage to processing packages is greatly enhanced due to having the capability of booking / billing jobs in through one system.
